My story
A few years ago I was drowning in wellness advice and somehow felt worse for it. Every account told me to do more, buy more, be more. So I quietly threw most of it out and kept only the handful of things that genuinely helped on an ordinary, chaotic day.
This blog is that shortlist, growing slowly. The swaps that were worth it, the habits that survived real life, and the honest admission that some days the win is just everyone fed and in bed.
