You were having more children and needing more rings, you were experiencing loss and wanting a reminder to wear everyday...I couldn't say no. But, at the same time I also knew I could not take constant orders like I did before. So in order to make it work for everyone, the JNDSTACK PRESALE was born and it has been working great!

Where do we order when the presale is live?

How many orders do you take?
It depends on how many I can commit to making each sale. Once all those slots are filled up I deactivate the website and you can no longer order.

What is available and what is pricing?
The personalized rings come in 14 K Gold and Rose Gold filled and Sterling sliver and they are $34.50 each. Spacer rings come in Sterling silver and gold filled beaded, Gold and rose gold filled and sterling sliver twisted rope styles and are $19.50 each. **Pricing may change at anytime without notice.

What can I expect my rings to look like?
The stacking ring letters are 1mm TINY letters and are meant to be small and subtle and will not be lined up perfectly as they are stamped one letter at a time by hand. You will see where the ring is hand soldered together in the back. Each ring is different as they are each made by hand. No two are alike. You can see lots of examples of stacks at #jndstacks.

Can I return or exchange my rings?
No. All rings are custom made and personalized making them a final sale. It is important to double check your size and information before you finalize your order.

Can I change my order after it is placed?
No, we can not change your order after it is placed so please place your order carefully, double checking size and all details.

How do I know what size to order?
The best way to know is the go to a jeweler and have them give you your size.

What if I need my rings resized?
I can only resize rings up ONE HALF size. If your rings need resized, you can ship them back to me and have them resized. The price for going DOWN in size is $10 per ring resizing fee + return shipping. The price for going UP in size (up to 1/2 size larger) is $5 per ring resizing fee + return shipping.

How many letters can I put on a ring?
We suggest one name or one word per ring. The rings are small and look best with minimal letters.

Can you do dates?
Yes we can do dates with dots between the numbers. Example: 06.07.03

How does the presale work?
We hold a limited number presale several times a year. We announce the date and time on Instagram and newsletter. Once the sale goes live we accept a limited number of orders. In the past we have sold out in as little as 11 minutes.

Can I order if I missed the presale?
I am sorry, no. The only time we take orders is during the presale. Be sure to follow me on Instagram at @jessicandesigns and turn on post and story notifications to be alerted of our next presale!

When can I expect to receive my rings?
It depends on how fast the preorder slots fill up. Once all orders are taken, supplies are ordered and as soon as those come in, rings will start being made. After supplies are received I try to be in the 6-12 week range. I work as fast as I can to get your your stacks in a timely manner!

What is the best way to clean them?
I love using these silver polishing cloths- simply rub the rings until shiny.
